All About Babies is so excited to introduce our new class series...
Dancing for Birth!! This is a six week class on Thursday nights, starting on January 12th. This unique dance class will make you stronger, more agile, more at ease with your body and both mentally and physically prepared to embrace your unique birth experience. Come dance with us as we learn dance moves inspired by belly dance, African dance, Latin dance, and Caribbean dance.
