Join us for a fun prenatal fitness class! Make sure and wear comfy clothes and shoes. Bring an exercise/yoga mat or a towel. This summer we will be traveling to area parks to do some walking in place of pilates, so make sure to call and RSVP before coming so you get the right location to meet at!!
