My birth was great! My midwife was Kyndal; Kassidy was there too and Diana and a student named Ashton. And then I had my mom and sister and two friends, one of whom is in doula training. My labor was super textbook, a little fast for a first-timer. I was 41 weeks and 6 days.

Aspen was born 11 days past her due date, after multiple chiropractic adjustments, an acupuncture session, and all the 'home remedies' to kickstart labor. Needing her to come within 3 days, by God's grace I started going into labor Sunday, 1/10/21 around 7 am. That day was seemingly going by at a crawl, as contractions were steady but not intense.
